Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing.
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • US, UK, Canada, Europe: 2-5 business days

  • Other Regions: 4-7 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping times for international orders generally range from 4-7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are possible only if production hasn't started. Please contact us immediately at hello@upliftfineart.com if you need to cancel.

What materials do you use for your prints?
Our prints feature museum-grade canvas, archival pigment inks, and premium floater frames designed to last for generations.

Do your artworks come ready to hang?
Yes! All our pieces arrive with pre-installed hanging hardware and are ready to display immediately.

What's the difference between framed and stretched canvas?
Framed canvas includes a floating frame that enhances the artwork. Stretched canvas is wrapped around wooden stretcher bars with no visible frame, offering a more contemporary look.

Returns & Damages

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email hello@upliftfineart.com with photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product, along with your order number. These photos help us process your claim more efficiently and ensure we resolve the issue promptly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Orders

Can I request a custom size?
Yes! For custom size requests, please email hello@upliftfineart.com with the artwork you're interested in and your desired dimensions.

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically require an additional 1-2 business days before shipping.
