Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering & Shipping
We started on Etsy, where our canvases earned a 4.9 rating, and have since shipped more than 1,000 orders. The full catalog — over 1,000 artworks across landscape, abstract, botanical, and moody styles — lives here. You can read 300+ customer reviews, many with photos from customers' homes, on our reviews page.
Every canvas is made to order — allow 3–5 business days for crafting. After shipping, delivery takes 2–5 business days for the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, and 4–7 business days elsewhere. Tracking arrives with your shipping confirmation.
Only before production begins. Because each piece is printed for your order, email hello@upliftfineart.com as soon as possible and we will catch it if production hasn't started.
Over furniture, art usually works best spanning two-thirds to three-quarters of the width below it — over a standard sofa, that's a 36" to 48" piece. Each product page includes a size guide with that artwork's options.
Yes. Almost every product page has an AR preview — open it on your phone and point the camera at your wall to see the artwork at the size you're considering, in your own light, before you buy.
Yes. Email hello@upliftfineart.com with the artwork and the dimensions you need. Custom orders add 1–2 business days before shipping.
The Canvas
Every piece is a canvas print, made to order when you buy it. The artwork is printed on museum-grade woven canvas with archival pigment inks, then stretched over wooden bars — not a paper poster, and not a hand-painted original.
A framed canvas sits inside a floater frame, with a narrow reveal between the canvas edge and the frame that gives the piece depth on the wall. A stretched canvas is wrapped around wooden stretcher bars with no visible frame — a cleaner, more contemporary look. Both arrive ready to hang.
Our prints feature museum-grade canvas, archival pigment inks, and premium floater frames designed to last for generations.
Yes. Every piece ships with hanging hardware pre-installed.
No two screens show color identically, so small differences are normal. Color accuracy is one of the details our reviews mention most often, and if a piece reads differently on your wall than it did online, our 30-day return policy covers you.
Returns & Damages
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email hello@upliftfineart.com with photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product, and the shipping label along with your order number. These photos help us process your claim more efficiently and ensure we resolve the issue promptly.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@upliftfineart.com.
Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
